The Marriage Capacity Institute collects only the information needed to provide requested resources, respond to inquiries and improve the website responsibly.
The Free Load Check
Your Load Check answers are processed in your browser. They are not sent to the Institute, stored in a database, attached to your identity or added to your email record. Refreshing or leaving the page clears them.
Information you choose to provide
We may receive information when you:
- request a free resource or join an email list through Kit;
- send an email inquiry;
- ask about education, seminars, speaking or professional training; or
- choose to work with Kevin or the Institute.
This may include your name, email address and anything you decide to include in your message. Please do not send highly sensitive personal information through an initial website inquiry.
Email and external services
Kit manages free-resource and email-list signups. Google Workspace manages direct email correspondence. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link provided in each message.
Website delivery and measurement
Website hosting and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.
This Phase 1 site does not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising. Before non-essential analytics are introduced, the privacy notice and consent controls will be updated where required.
Educational information
The website and its resources provide marriage education. They are not medical, psychological or legal diagnosis, and they do not predict the outcome of an individual marriage.
